Acupuncture Needle

Hair-thin, sterile needles are inserted into specific acupoints on the body. These points are believed to lie along meridians, pathways through which energy flows.

Acupressure

This technique applies pressure to acupoints without needles. The acupuncturist uses their fingers, thumbs, or palms to stimulate these points and influence energy flow..

Cupping Therapy

Special cups are applied to the skin to create suction. This suction draws blood to the area, promoting circulation, reducing muscle tension, and relieving pain.
